It is now coming up to a new year and many (including me) will be thinking of losing weight, eating healthier, exercising daily as some of their new years resolutions.
To set the goal is the first step. Make it reasonable and reachable but not easy. The sense of achievement is greater when it takes effort to reach a goal. Write the goal down and commit to your memory by reviewing every day, visualise and make the end result a burning desire.
Select a good diet and exercise program that will set you up for life.
